Wednesday 5pm and Saturday at 11am
Learn kickboxing, self-offence techniques and get super fit in a fun team environment.Lose weight, gain confidence and achieve goals!
As students progress through their training they will learn new techniques that will help them both in and out of the ring, all the while improving muscular strength, flexibility, and cardio vascular abilities.
